Repair Services:

  Are you wondering what we will work on?  Have a TV or computer that lighting buzzed during a thunderstorm?  We can fix that!   If you have anything listed below, or even something that's not listed below, give us a call!  I'll take a crack at just about anything....I may not always be able to fix it, but I'll sure give it a try!

Data Destruction Services:

  Are you a business or EDU with a pile of hard disk drives with sensitive data on them that you don't know what to do with?  We can take care of that, offering certified data destruction services.
 

We Offer Two Levels of Data Destruction:

Level one is an electronic wiping of the drive and then repurposing the drive if testing shows it to be in healthy state.

Level two is an electronic wiping of the drive, and then after that physically destroying the drive and sending the remains to the recycling center.

Recycle & Repurpose Services:

  Keeping tech out of landfills is one of our biggest objectives!  If it can be refurbished/repaired and then re-homed, that's the best form of recycling there is; keep it functioning  & useful versus trashing & replacing.

  I am frequently asked if I accept CRT (tube-type) televisions & monitors.  I do accept them, but I can not take them free.  Unfortunately it costs me to properly dispose of them, and I have to charge a fee to accept them.  The fee depends on the size.  I do not accept appliances.  See table below for fee items.

  People also ask if I recycle in-house.  No, I do not.  I am primarily a repair shop that also refurbishes.  If I encounter an item that repair is not feasible or not possible, I take them to licensed recycling centers for proper disposal.

  I am also frequently asked if I purchase these items.  As a rule, no.  Broken & obsolete electronics really don't have any real-world value until they are serviced, upgraded, and/or refurbished.  If its deemed salvage, then it has to be dismantled & scrapped.  I have to spend money & time to do this, therefore I don't make any offers of payment for a device.

Items for Recycling with Fees:

   Unfortunately there are some items that cost me to properly dispose of, and thus I have to charge a fee to cover these costs.

  • Flat screen TV's (LCD or Plasma) in any condition - $20

  • CRT (Tube-Type) TV's & PC monitors 26" and smaller - $30

  • CRT (Tube-Type) Televisions 27" and larger - $50

  • DLP Projection TV's (any size) - $70

  • CRT (Tube-type) Projection TV's (any size) - $150
